Orders placed by 10:30 am EST will be shipped the same day, when possible. Orders placed over the weekend ship on the next available working day. Once shipped, how fast you receive your order will depend on your location and choice of shipping option.

Variety of Payment Methods

Ordering with a Credit Card
We offer secure credit card transaction from Visa, MasterCard, and Discover/Novus. The order will be itemized as "MYHEALTHMYWORLD 978-635-**** MA" on your credit card bill. Your credit card number is not stored within our system. We also do not print your credit card details in any email confirmation communications.
Ordering with PayPal
We accept payment by PayPal. Your order will be listed as "PAYPAL *NATURAL HEAL". Natural Health Formula, Inc. is the workers cooperative that runs www.MyHealthMyWorld.com.
Ordering by Phone
Simply call us to talk or leave a message on our toll Free number in Boston : 800-899-3621 ( 8am to 6pm EST, Monday to Saturday).
Ordering Off-line by Fax
If you do not want to pay on-line, but would like to pay by credit card off-line, simply select to pay by "Fax Credit Card Details". Once you complete your transaction within a few minutes, you will receive an email titled ORDER CONFIRMATION. Please complete your order by printing the email, enter details of your credit card and fax to (+1) 831-300-5191. Your order will be sent out when your payment has been confirmed.
Ordering by Mail
If you would like to pay with a personal check, money order or cashiers check, simply make your order on-line and select to pay by this method. Once you complete your transaction you should will receive an email of ORDER CONFIRMATION. Please mail your payment along with a copy of the order, or other note identifying your 4 or 5 digit order number.

Your order will be sent out when your payment is received and authorized. In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for checks to clear deposit before shipment, so please allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Ordering with Gift Certificates
We accept payment by MyHealthMyWorld gift certificates. Enter the gift certificate number at checkout and the gift certificate will be debited for the amount. Any remaining credit on the certificate cannot be used for later purchases and can only be used at the time of placing a single order. Using MyHealthMyWorld Rewards
We accept payment by MyHealthMyWorld Rewards. Enter the number of Rewards to be used as partial of full credit at checkout and your rewards account will be debited for the amount. Any remaining rewards can be used for later purchases or donate to NaturalHealthTrust.com. Rewards cannot be used for shipping or handling expenses or redeemed for cash. Using Discount Codes
Promotional discount codes can be used against product purchases by entering the code at the summary step, during checkout. Typically, discount codes are usable only once per customer, cannot be used against shipping expenses, and any unredeemed part of the discount code cannot be carried over to a second purchase. Super Saver Shipping:  Orders are shipped via Ground service. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. *PO Box orders will be shipped USPS

UPS Shipping Options:  UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States.  You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.  Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order. We reserve the right to substitute an alternative carrier at the same cost if it will result in equivalent or quicker delivery.

International Orders:
Orders are shipped via USPS 1st class international, USPS Priority International , USPS Express International or Deutsche Post Global Priority Packet Service.  You will be charged based on the weight of your order, class of service and location. We provide different rates for Canada, Europe, Caribbean, the Rest of the World etc. We reserve the right to contact you about additional charges or restrictions.  Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation so you know that your order has shipped. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions please see additional International Shipping Policies). All prices quoted within our site are in US funds.

Heavy Weight Shipping Surcharge:  Some heavy items incure a shipping surcharge. Super Saver rate applies upto 15lb total weight. We quote a variable rate for for US 48 contiguous states based on the carrier fee we have to pay to your location. Super Saver orders over $95 and over 15lb are ground shipped. Orders in excess of 15lb maybe specially quoted to obtain the best price.

Easy Returns

We recognize that sometimes a product needs to be returned. We aim to make this as easy and efficient as possible. It is very important to our ability to provide a quality service to you and to have traceable corrective action, that you please follow the simple steps below for obtaining a Return Manufacturer Authorization. If we make a mistake we want to make sure it does not happen again. Our Quality System helps us to continually improve and if we have failed to meet your expectations - we apologize - but help us to improve. Thank you.

Damaged Shipments:
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue a credit to you for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Return Policy:

Please contact us for a Return Manufacturer Authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Please try and return items where practical in a sellable condition. A 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns.  If the product is defective, please also obtain a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.

Obtaining a Return Manufacturer Authorization, RMA:

A Return Manufacturer Authorization can be requested by logging in and clicking on the specific order # and scrolling to the bottom of the order status. You will find the order by logging in and navigating to Previous Orders. Our Customer Service will reply via email to recommend next steps, provide a shipping address or seek more information. Additional communications can be appended to the order by posting a message to the service desk by clicking on "Post and View Message", from the Previous Orders web page.

Back Orders:

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Information About Your Current Order

Email Sequence :
We make every effort to keep you informed of the status of your order. Our system enables you to easily contact us with any order specific enquiries to ensure we offer you exceptional customer service both before and after purchase. The sequence of standard emails are:

1. ORDER RECEIVED. You will receive an email indicating that your order is pending payment approval. Order received emails are only issued for payments other than by credit card or PayPal.
2. ORDER CONFIRMED. This email indicates that payment has been authorized and that we are now able to process the order. For automated credit card payment and PayPal, order confirmation may sometimes take only seconds. If you are paying by mail or Fax, you will receive the order confirmation only after we have received the order number and cleared payment.
3. ORDER SHIPPED. Indicates that the items that you have ordered have been package and transferred to the shipping agent that you selected. If we are not able to ship the order we will notify you with a direct email notifying you of a message appended to the order information. You can view this information directly from the link within the email.

Once an order has been processed and confirmed, it is only possible to either ship or cancel the order in full. In the event that the order is cancelled, you will receive an ORDER CANCELLED email and full refund or credit. For example, if you ordered ten of a particular item, but only eight were in stock. We would notify you of the estimated lead time for shipping all ten and provide the option for shipping just eight.

Tracking My Order
The time of shipment to delivery varies dependent on the shipping option that was selected, your location and sometimes the time of year. If there is a tracking number available, we will provide the information within the ORDER SHIPPED confirmation. If tracking your order is very important, please consider using UPS for the selected shipping method as the on-line tracking is generally really good.

Staying In Touch And Order Questions
You can view both email details and status of all current and past orders by logging in and choosing Previous Orders from your Personal Account Menu. All questions and communications about your order should be posted to us from the order service desk by clicking on "Post and View Message", from the Previous Order web page. This utility enables you to keep all order specific communications appended to the order. This helps us to answer your query more quickly.

Ore shipment agents are only available on all normal working days, but we are available for customer support 7 days a week, including public holidays.

When Will I Receive My Order?
For an example, say that you ordered on Monday at 9:00am Eastern Time and you selected UPS 3 Day Select for shipping. Your order will be shipped on the same day (Monday), because it was ordered before 10:30am Eastern Time. It will then take 3 business days after it has been shipped to arrive. The three business days would be, Tuesday (1), Wednesday (2) and arrive on Thursday (3). You should receive an email on the evening your order ships.

Reordering

Reordering is a both quick and easy. Simply log in to your account information at Personal Account Menu, click on "View Previous Order", click on "Reorder" for the order of interest and your previous order will be duplicated in your shopping cart. You and either add or delete items from the cart and check out using your existing shipping and billing address. See graphic here. You will have to re-enter your credit card or other payment method.(If you wish you can combine payment with using MyHealthMyWorld reward points from previous purcahses.
